The service

Arlan Systems provides an AI-assisted lead capture, dashboard, and notification workflow for aesthetic clinics and med spas. The service helps clinics collect patient inquiries from a web form, organize them in a simple dashboard, and notify the clinic team by email.

Subscription and cancellation

• The service is offered on a monthly subscription basis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You may cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

No guaranteed results

Arlan Systems is a workflow and notification tool. We do not guarantee any specific revenue, booking volume, patient acquisition, or client outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including the clinic's marketing, pricing, and response to inquiries.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate clinic information during onboarding, keeping your account details up to date, responding to patient inquiries in a timely and compliant manner, and complying with all laws applicable to your clinic, including health, advertising, and privacy regulations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arlan Global Ventures LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
